God olivenolie
Salt, peber

Du starter med at skære stokken af rosenkålene, soignere dem og vaske dem grundigt i koldt vand. Læg dem til afdrypning og skær dem derefter i passende stykker, riv evt. også bladene fra hinanden, det ser dekorativt ud. Der er ingen regler, gør som du lyster.

Læg dem i en skål og overhæld dem med generøse mængder friskrevet parmesan, saften af en citron, et par skefulde god olivenolie, friskkværnet peber og salt. Vend det hele godt rundt og servér til dagens aftensmad. Det vil du ikke fortryde.
