10 tørrede abrikoser
50 g smuttede mandler

2 flasker Milda Cremefine 7%

Kog risene efter anvisning på pakken. Svits kyllingen på en pande til de er let gyldne. Fordel kyllingen i et ovnfast fad. Svits løgene sammen med karryen. Tilsæt æbler, abrikoser, mandler og Milda Cremefine 7% og lad blandingen koge op. Smag til med salt og peber. Hæld saucen over kyllingen. Varm retten i ovnen på 200°C i 20 minutter. Server med vilde ris. Pynt med rosiner og peanuts.
